Managing the Courier Process

We know that delays in delivery are stressful. The personal attention of a dedicated account manager until the situation is resolved is vital. This is all part of Greens' service. Our experience in resolving international courier dispatch issues like customs, weather and strikes is second to none. We liaise with you and the carriers personally for lost PODs, lost consignments or flight delays. Greens will also manage site returns; relocating materials to other sites, back to you or into store with us.

Customs Documentation Control

Greens understand the customs industry and the values to place on items. We provide a full documentation service, proforma invoices, commercial invoices and customs documents. This satisfies local conditions, therefore minimising duty and customs charges such as Evidence CPR, with whom we have a long working relationship.

Greens use a variety of specialised national and international couriers. Through in-house derived software, we are able to calculate the most cost-effective carrier via spot buying every day, thus saving you money.

24/7 Real Time Tracking

Greens will set up a website for each new study to enable real time tracking of dispatch details, expected transit times and PODs. We get direct data feeds from our courier partners. Alerts are received if there are any delays or issues that remain unresolved during the delivery process. This online ordering allows for fast and efficient turnaround, budgetary control and real time 'track and trace'.

Storage and Distribution

If storage is difficult at your premises or you wish to store your documents off-site for a short period, we can store your finished products safely and securely within our 22,000 square feet site. Our self-contained secure site with controlled access means you are in safe hands throughout the duration of the trial. Your documents can quickly and easily be picked and packed for distribution using Greens' secure packing techniques.
